Banana Smoothie recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana.
½ cup of low fat yoghurt.
1 tablespoon of sugar, (or to taste).
1 tablespoon of banana liqueur, (optional).
1 cup of crushed ice.
1 teaspoon of fresh lime juice.
Lime wedge or banana slice, for garnish.
Directions:
Combine the banana with the yoghurt, sugar, liqueur, ice and lime juice in a blender and process until smooth.
Garnish with the lime wedge or banana slice and serve.
